ROBERTA BIAGI is a brand managed by INTERNATIONAL BRAND SRL. In the following "Terms and conditions" we will use the following references without distinction: INTERNATIONAL BRAND SRL, ROBERTABIAGI and www.robertabiagi.com 

 

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are shipped from robertabiagi.com, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30.

INTERNATIONAL BRAND SRL informs its kind customers that orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

24 / 48H from the order

ROBERTABIAGI is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or due to force majeure beyond the control of ROBERTABIAGI.

We wish to remind new customers that robertabiagi.com can ask the Bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

AVAILABLE ITEMS: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING
Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the one in which the order was placed.
During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.
In all cases robertabiagi.com reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.

AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

The assortment on robertabiagi.com reflects the exact availability of each item by size and color. The website is in fact connected to all the shops and all the warehouses belonging to INTERNATIONAL BRAND SRL.

Once the order request has been received, the Orders department of robertabiagi.com reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the transaction by card. In the event that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, the robertabiagi.com Orders office will promptly notify the Customer.

RETURNS

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the unworn items can be returned for size change, or refund. within 28 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The warranty seal on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.

Return Instructions

  • To request a return authorization, you must send an email to info@robertabiagi.com, select the items to be returned and indicate the type of compensation desired. Once the procedure has been completed, robertabiagi.com will send a confirmation via e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) and the instructions to be respected to return the goods.
  • The courier for returning the goods will be indicated in the email sent by robertabiagi.com. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization email received from the robertabiagi.com Returns department. (The Courier will bring a waybill when collecting the package).
  • The return shipment made with the courier indicated by robertabiagi.com will be FREE.
    If the return is sent back using a different courier, all costs will be charged to the customer.

There are 2 types of compensation:

  • Change size
    It is possible to change only for a different size or a different color of the same article, if available. The new item requested can be returned following the same procedure.
  • Refund
    The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the robertabiagi.com warehouses and the items will be verified.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used.
For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.
The return shipment must take place within 28 days of receiving the order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The security thread present on the items that are returned must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
  • Each garment must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories (Dustbags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received with the order.
  • All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, nor used as a single external packaging.
  • Returns must be sent inside the robertabiagi.com box.
  • In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by robertabiagi.com, it is required to follow the same instructions above. Robertabiagi.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
  • robertabiagi.com reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than the one indicated in the e-mail with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for robertabiagi.com or requires collection at a branch of the courier itself.
  • robertabiagi.com also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.
    In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
    Any acceptance of such returns, however, entails a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

The following forms of payment are accepted by robertabiagi.com:
  • BANK TRANSFER
    By choosing payment by bank transfer, at the conclusion of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing the bank details of robertabiagi.com, following which the goods are put aside pending the arrival of the transfer to the account. The customer is required to send a copy of the payment by FAX or by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation.

If within this period robertabiagi.com does not receive a copy of the payment, it will cancel the order.

We will ship the order when the transfer has reached our bank account and as soon as the goods are available in our warehouse.

  • PAYPAL
    By choosing the PAYPAL payment method, the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account. robertabiagi.com reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
  • CASH ON DELIVERY
    By choosing the cash on delivery payment method, the customer can pay directly to the courier when the goods arrive.

Fulfillment of orders

INTERNATIONAL BRAND SRL reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that the Bank is unable to receive a verification from the Client's bank. INTERNATIONAL BRAND SRL reserves the right to refuse orders or to refuse the provision of services to anyone at any time.
